All data processing is completed locally on Your device, and no personal information, facial data, or content is ever collected, stored, or shared, allowing You to use the App with complete peace of mind. Unlike some AI tools that rely on third-party services or collect sensitive data, Poschg is built around privacy-first principles, ensuring that Your creative experience is never compromised by privacy concerns.
You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years of age or older . The App is strictly intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older, and we are committed to protecting the safety and privacy of minors. We do not knowingly allow Users under the age of 18 to download, install, or use the App. By using the App, You confirm that You meet this age requirement and that all interactions with the App will be responsible and appropriate, in line with this Agreement and our content guidelines. Since Poschg does not require an account and does not collect any personal information, we rely on Your honest confirmation of Your age to ensure compliance with this requirement. If we become aware that a User is under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate that User’s access to the App immediately without prior notice, to ensure the protection of minors. Poschg does not require You to create an account, register, or log in to use any of its features . This is a core part of our commitment to protecting Your privacy, allowing You to use the App completely anonymously without providing any personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, phone number, date of birth, or device ID). Your use of the App—including uploading portrait photos, customizing body shape parameters and pose templates, generating AI pose replacements, creating AI dynamic videos, saving high-definition works, sharing content, or adjusting settings—is entirely unlinked to Your real-world identity. We do not track Your usage habits, record Your browsing history within the App, or collect any device information that could identify You individually, ensuring that Your activity remains private and anonymous at all times.

This means that when You upload a portrait photo, our AI processes only the body-related visual details necessary to fulfill Your virtual pose replacement and dynamic video generation request, and it never scans, extracts, stores, or uses any facial information in any way—even if Your photo contains facial features, our AI completely ignores all facial details. We recognize that facial information is highly personal and sensitive, and we take every possible measure to ensure it remains private and untouched.
We use only Poschg’s self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services for data processing. All AI technology powering Poschg—including AI human skeleton recognition, posture generation algorithms, pose replacement, AI dynamic video generation, and all other AI-driven features—is independently developed and maintained exclusively by the Poschg team. We never rely on external AI services or third-party tools, because we know that doing so could put Your privacy at risk. By developing our own AI technology, we ensure complete control over every aspect of data processing, eliminating any risks associated with third-party involvement. Our AI is specifically designed to prioritize privacy, focusing only on the body parameters and postures needed to deliver high-quality creative results.
We never send Your data, photos, generated pose results, created AI dynamic videos, customized body shape parameters, or any information about Your use of the App to any third-party services . All data processing occurs locally on Your device, and we never share Your data with any external parties for any reason. We do not sell Your data, do not rent Your data, do not license Your data, and do not use Your data for any purpose other than providing the AI portrait pose replacement and dynamic video generation service You requested. All content You create or upload using Poschg is stored exclusively locally on Your device, and You have full, exclusive control over such content at all times.
The App only requests permissions that are strictly necessary to provide its core features, and we never use these permissions to collect additional data or invade Your privacy. The app may request the following permissions, all of which are requested only when You attempt to use the corresponding feature, and You can revoke or deny these permissions at any time through Your device’s settings: Photo Library (required only when selecting portrait photos for pose replacement and dynamic video creation), Camera (required only when taking a new portrait photo to use for pose replacement and dynamic video creation), and Photo Library Add (required only when saving generated pose results, AI dynamic videos, and high-definition works to Your device’s Photos app). We never access Your camera or photo library without Your explicit permission, and we never collect or store any photos or camera data beyond what is necessary to fulfill Your immediate request (which is processed locally and discarded after use). We do not request any other permissions (such as location, contacts, or microphone) because they are not needed to provide Poschg’s core features, and we never want to collect any unnecessary data from Your device.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if You violate any term of this Agreement, fail to meet the age requirement, or engage in any unauthorized or harmful use of the App. Termination may also occur if You engage in activity that violates our privacy commitments or the prohibited content guidelines. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from Your device. Upon termination, all rights granted to You under this Agreement shall cease, and You shall no longer use the App or any of its features. Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve You of any liability arising from Your improper use of the App prior to termination. Any content You have saved locally on Your device will remain on Your device after termination, but You will no longer have access to the App’s features to manage or edit such content.
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects, or that the generated pose results, AI dynamic videos, or other content will meet Your expectations. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from Your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from content uploads, generated pose results, AI dynamic videos, or any unauthorized use of the App. You agree that You use the App at Your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any content generated through the App, and You are solely responsible for any use or sharing of such content. We also do not warrant that the App’s features will always be available or free of errors, and reserve the right to update or modify features at our discretion. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from Your use of the App.
