By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any Poschg subscription service offered by Poschg , you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Subscription Agreement , as well as the Poschg User Agreement . This Agreement governs Your access to and use of the Subscription Service, which provides exclusive premium features to enhance Your AI portrait pose replacement and AI dynamic video generation experience. If You do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, You must not purchase, subscribe to, or use the Subscription Service. Your continued use of the Subscription Service after any modifications to this Agreement shall constitute Your acceptance of the modified terms. The Subscription Service is designed to complement the App’s core features, providing You with enhanced access to Poschg’s AI-powered creative capabilities, while upholding our unwavering commitment to privacy and security. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with prior notice to You, and Your continued use of the Subscription Service following such modifications shall signify Your acceptance of the updated terms.
The App offers three Subscription Service plans for Users to choose from, each providing access to exclusive premium features of Poschg. Poschg is a creative photo editing tool focusing on AI portrait pose replacement, designed specifically for users who love selfies, portrait photography, and daily styling creation. It is also a creative tool that can generate AI dynamic videos from the generated photos, tailored for short video creators, life recorders, and atmosphere enthusiasts. When users upload personal portrait photos, they can customize various body shape parameters and pose templates through the App, intelligently realizing portrait posture remodeling and one-click pose replacement. Relying on Poschg's self-developed AI services and technologies, including advanced AI human skeleton recognition and posture generation algorithms, the App naturally adjusts body movements, standing and sitting postures, and facial expressions and body states, with coordinated proportions that are not inconsistent. It has a variety of built-in posing styles such as trendy, gentle, and high-end; without the need to take photos again in real life, users can easily change exclusive blockbuster poses. The app interface is simple and high-end, easy to operate, supporting high-definition works to be saved locally and shared on social media, providing an efficient and convenient AI pose customization experience for daily selfie retouching, portrait creation, and social media posting. In addition, Poschg also supports generating AI dynamic videos from the generated photos, adding more creativity and fun for short video creation, life recording, and atmosphere creation, allowing users to easily create vivid and interesting dynamic content with just one click.
All Subscription Plans are subject to the terms of this Agreement, and we reserve the right to modify the features included in each plan at our discretion, with prior notice to subscribed Users. All Subscription Plans require You to be at least 18 years of age or older ; by subscribing, You confirm that You meet this age requirement. At the core of the Subscription Service is our unwavering commitment to privacy and security: we protect your privacy information, strictly do not collect any facial information or biometric data, use only Poschg’s self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services for data processing, and we never send Your data to any third-party services . These commitments are embedded in every aspect of the Subscription Service, ensuring Your use is private, secure, and free from unnecessary data collection or third-party interference. All data processing for the Subscription Service is completed locally on Your device, and no personal information, facial data, or content is ever collected, stored, or shared with third parties, allowing You to enjoy the premium features with complete peace of mind. Unlike some subscription services that rely on third-party data processors or collect sensitive information, the Poschg Subscription Service is built around privacy-first principles, ensuring that Your creative experience is never compromised by privacy concerns.
The following Subscription Plans are currently available for purchase. All prices are in USD (United States Dollars) and are subject to change without prior notice, though existing subscribers will not be affected by price changes during their active subscription period. All plans include the same premium features, with differences only in subscription term and billing frequency. All Subscription Plans grant You unlimited AI generation times and Priority customer support , in addition to all free features of the App. We protect your privacy information, strictly do not collect any facial information or biometric data, use only Poschg’s self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services for data processing, and we never send Your data to any third-party services . All data processing for the Subscription Service is completed locally on Your device, and no personal information, facial data, or content is ever collected, stored, or shared with third parties. The premium features are designed to enhance Your creative experience, allowing You to generate content without limits and receive expedited support when needed.
Subscription Term : 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (the “Subscription Start Date”). The subscription will automatically renew for successive 30-day periods unless canceled in accordance with Section 7 (Cancellation and Renewal).
Premium Features Included : Unlimited AI generation times —You can generate AI-powered portrait pose replacements and AI dynamic videos as many times as You want, with no limits on usage frequency; Priority customer support —expedited response to all inquiries, feedback, and technical issues via our dedicated support channel, ensuring Your questions are addressed promptly and professionally to minimize any disruption to Your creative experience.
Billing Frequency : Monthly, on the same calendar day as the Subscription Start Date (or the last day of the month if the start date is not applicable). You will be charged the full monthly subscription fee on each billing date.
Subscription Term : 180 calendar days (6 months) from the Subscription Start Date. The subscription will automatically renew for successive 180-day periods unless canceled in accordance with Section 7 (Cancellation and Renewal).
Premium Features Included : Unlimited AI generation times —You can generate AI-powered portrait pose replacements and AI dynamic videos as many times as You want, with no limits on usage frequency; Priority customer support —expedited response to all inquiries, feedback, and technical issues via our dedicated support channel, ensuring Your questions are addressed promptly and professionally to minimize any disruption to Your creative experience.
Billing Frequency : Semi-annually (every 6 months), on the same calendar day as the Subscription Start Date (or the last day of the month if the start date is not applicable). You will be charged the full six-month subscription fee on each billing date.
Subscription Term : 365 calendar days (1 year) from the Subscription Start Date. The subscription will automatically renew for successive 365-day periods unless canceled in accordance with Section 7 (Cancellation and Renewal).
Premium Features Included : Unlimited AI generation times —You can generate AI-powered portrait pose replacements and AI dynamic videos as many times as You want, with no limits on usage frequency; Priority customer support —expedited response to all inquiries, feedback, and technical issues via our dedicated support channel, ensuring Your questions are addressed promptly and professionally to minimize any disruption to Your creative experience.
Billing Frequency : Annually, on the same calendar day as the Subscription Start Date (or the last day of the month if the start date is not applicable). You will be charged the full yearly subscription fee on each billing date.
Payment Authorization : By subscribing to any Subscription Plan, You authorize us to charge the payment method You provide (via Your device’s App Store, credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods) for the full subscription fee at the time of purchase and for each automatic renewal period. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information, and to update such information promptly if it changes (e.g., expired credit card). We protect your privacy information —we do not store any payment details (e.g., credit card numbers) on our servers; all payment processing is handled securely through Your device’s App Store payment processor, ensuring Your payment information remains secure and private. This commitment aligns with our overall dedication to privacy, ensuring that even Your payment data is not collected or stored by us.
Payment Responsibility : You are responsible for all charges associated with Your Subscription Service, including any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion costs. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Subscription Service if payment is not received or if Your payment method is declined. If a payment is declined, we may attempt to process the payment again within a reasonable period; failure to resolve payment issues may result in termination of Your subscription, with no access to premium features until payment is resolved. You agree to promptly resolve any payment-related issues to avoid interruption of Your Subscription Service.
Price Changes : We may change the subscription fees for any Subscription Plan at any time, but such changes will not apply to Your active subscription period. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect for your next renewal period. If You do not agree to the new price, You may cancel Your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged the new fee. We will always provide clear and timely notice of any price adjustments to ensure You have the opportunity to make an informed decision about continuing Your subscription.
Access Rights : Upon successful payment and activation of Your Subscription Plan, You will gain immediate access to the premium features associated with all Subscription Plans for the duration of the subscription term. Access is limited to a single User per subscription; sharing, transferring, or selling Your subscription access to any third party is strictly prohibited. You may use the Subscription Service on a single device at a time, and any unauthorized sharing of access will result in immediate termination of Your subscription without refund. This ensures that the premium features are used only by the subscribed User, protecting our intellectual property and maintaining the quality of the Subscription Service for all users.
Usage Restrictions : You agree to use the Subscription Service in compliance with this Agreement and the Poschg User Agreement. You shall not use the Subscription Service for any unethical or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to generating harmful content (obscene, sexual, violent, or inappropriate content), infringing on third-party rights, or bypassing our privacy or security measures. The Subscription Service is for personal, non-commercial use only; commercial use is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission. We protect your privacy information, strictly do not collect any facial information or biometric data, use only Poschg’s self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services for data processing, and we never send Your data to any third-party services —Your usage of the Subscription Service will never result in the collection or sharing of Your personal data. You agree to use the premium features responsibly, in line with our content guidelines and privacy commitments.
Account Anonymity : Consistent with Poschg’s privacy commitments, no personal information is collected or required to subscribe to the Subscription Service . Your subscription is linked only to your payment method (for billing purposes) and not to any personally identifiable information. We do not track your usage of the Subscription Service beyond what is necessary to process payments and maintain access to premium features. We strictly do not collect any facial information or biometric data from Your uploaded photos, camera usage, or device, and all content generated through the Subscription Service is stored exclusively locally on Your device, ensuring Your anonymity and privacy are protected at all times. This means that even as a subscribed User, Your identity remains completely anonymous, and Your creative content is never linked to any personal information.
Our privacy commitments, as outlined in the Poschg User Agreement, apply fully to the Subscription Service. We strictly do not collect any facial information, biometric data, or any other form of personally identifiable information from Your uploaded portrait photos, camera usage, or device. When You upload a portrait photo or generate pose results or AI dynamic videos through the Subscription Service, our AI processes only the body-related visual details necessary to fulfill Your request, and it never scans, extracts, stores, or uses any facial information in any way—even if Your photo contains facial features, our AI completely ignores all facial details. We recognize that facial information is highly personal and sensitive, and we take every possible measure to ensure it remains private and untouched, so You can upload Your portrait photos with complete confidence.
We use only Poschg’s self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services for data processing. All AI technology powering the Subscription Service—including AI human skeleton recognition, posture generation algorithms, pose replacement, AI dynamic video generation, and unlimited content creation—is independently developed and maintained exclusively by the Poschg team. We never rely on external AI services or third-party tools, eliminating any risks associated with third-party involvement and ensuring complete control over data processing. Our self-developed AI is designed specifically to prioritize privacy, focusing only on the body parameters and postures needed to deliver high-quality creative results, without collecting any sensitive data.
We never send Your data, photos, generated pose results, created AI dynamic videos, customized body shape parameters, or any information about Your use of the App or Subscription Service to any third-party services . All data processing occurs locally on Your device, and we never share Your data with any external parties for any reason. We do not sell Your data, do not rent Your data, do not license Your data, and do not use Your data for any purpose other than providing the AI portrait pose replacement and dynamic video generation service You requested. All content generated or uploaded through the Subscription Service is stored exclusively locally on Your device, and You have full control over such content at all times. This ensures that Your data remains private and secure, with no risk of unauthorized access or sharing.
All payment information is processed securely through Your device’s App Store payment processor; we do not store any payment details on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and protected in accordance with industry standards to ensure security. We do not track Your usage habits, record Your browsing history within the App, or collect any device information that could identify You individually, ensuring Your anonymity and privacy are protected throughout Your use of the Subscription Service. Every aspect of the Subscription Service is designed to prioritize Your privacy, so You can enjoy the premium features without any privacy concerns.
Automatic Renewal : All Subscription Plans are set to automatically renew at the end of their term unless You cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. You will receive a reminder notification via the email associated with your device’s App Store account (if provided) or through the App at least 7 days before the renewal date, informing You of the upcoming renewal and the applicable fee. This reminder is designed to ensure You are aware of the upcoming charge and have ample time to cancel if You no longer wish to continue Your subscription.
Cancellation Process : You may cancel Your subscription at any time through the “Subscription Settings” section of the App or via Your device’s App Store subscription management. Cancellations are effective immediately, and You will retain access to the premium features until the end of the current subscription term. No refunds are provided for partial subscription terms, unused premium features, or canceled subscriptions, except as outlined in our refund policy below. Canceling Your subscription does not delete any content You have saved locally on Your device; You will still have access to all Your generated pose results, AI dynamic videos, and customized parameters, but You will no longer have access to the premium features after the current term ends.
Refund Policy : Refunds are only available for subscriptions canceled within 7 calendar days of the Subscription Start Date, provided that You have not used more than 10% of the premium features . Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of cancellation approval. After the 7-day grace period, no refunds will be issued, and You will retain access to the premium features until the end of the current subscription term. This refund policy is designed to balance fairness for both Users and our team, ensuring that Users have the opportunity to test the premium features while protecting our business from abuse.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Subscription Service or any Subscription Plan at any time, with prior notice to subscribed Users. Such changes may include adjusting subscription terms, but will always maintain the core premium features of unlimited AI generation times and Priority customer support . If we discontinue a Subscription Plan You are subscribed to, You will be offered the option to switch to another available plan or receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of Your subscription term. We will always provide clear and timely notice of any changes to the Subscription Service to ensure You have the opportunity to make an informed decision about continuing Your subscription.
